Pre-war, one of my friends was actually in Russia and lost their wallet, and Visa (yes, Visa, not the bank) actually hand-delivered him the card. Little known, but it's actually standard feature for CC starting from some class. Used it twice - once bank blocked CC and I figured it in airport, another time I lost the CC.
