I don’t think that’s the case. In fact, I think we have more capable people than ever before. The problem is that we deny almost everybody such opportunities. Companies are structured too hierarchically.
- ethanbond 4y agoYou’re arguing for GP’s point, not against it. Companies don’t just wind up being too hierarchically structured to be impactful (assuming that’s a problem). People who lack organizational skills create companies that are too hierarchically structured to be impactful.
- jahewson 4y agoGP said projects, not companies. I’d argue the same point for companies though, we have plenty of skilled people, we just enable people with other personality traits to found/rise in leadership.
