- harambae 4y agoIvy Zelman's predictions are pretty interesting, but she admits that the way builders respond will have a large impact on what comes next. Also I read her paper on housing demographics and I'm personally not sure she compensates for all immigration sufficiently.

- vaxman 4y agoHow is this “hacker news”? I mean, maybe if it had some kind of slant (angle) to it like ”Bangalore will look like Santa Clara soon as a result of idiot workers refusing to return to the office, resulting high-wage unemployment sparks foreclosures in resort communities throughout the West” but it doesn’t contain any such tech leanings.
