Have you checked if it's enabled in your accessibility settings? It needs to overlay itself over other apps. After having enabled it, it started working fine.

- bmurphy1976 4y agoAs far as I can tell it's enabled. The only other option I see is an option to turn on an overlay button but I definitely do not want ANY app drawing a button on my screen 100% of the time.
