- Normille 4y agoAt what stage did we move from; measuring a city's or region's industrial strength by what it actually produced --to measuring it by how much money could be squeezed out of venture capitalists on the strength of an idea for something someone might make in the future, if only they had a wheelbarrow full of cash?
