- verdverm 4y agoThat's how the Chinese culture largely sees hacking / stealing IP. If you didn't protect yourself, well that's your fault, and our theft is therefore ok
- trasz 4y agoNot true - Chinese companies hold lots of IP, eg for 5G, both bought elsewhere and developed in-house. But yes, while Americans believe everyone else are subhumans and can be invaded with impunity whenever profitable, Chinese prefer learning, which includes copying :->
