At the mmWave power levels used in mobile handsets, the RF power is insufficient to penetrate the human body to any significant degree. Even airport mmWave security scanners can barely scan through clothing - and they operate at much higher power.

What effect it has on the body system as a whole we do not. You can make all the assumptions you want but until they are studied they are just assumptions. And I do not mind walking through a mmWave security scanners for less than 10 seconds. But would you want to stand in that for eight hours a day while you were at work or home sleeping? And again and again I have to point out that saying it is nonionzing radiation is pointless if there is another method by which it make disrupt biological systems, as in triggering voltage gated ion channels.
