Doesn't M2 add support for SVE2 as well?

  No, there are no publicly available chips with SVE2 support at all; the closest you can get is SVE1 on Graviton 3 from AWS.

    Yeah, M2 doesn't. But I think there are some phones using the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 that have SVE2.
