I prefer to work with people who are working for the same reasons, and don't resort to legal warfare to do so. You either agree to work together or don't, find another company elsewise.
It's pretty simple really.
- kennywinker 4y agoPresumably you negotiated your current employment contract, yeah? Wages, responsibilities, etc. Unions aren’t “legal warfare” - they’re a tool to help contract negotiations when a group of employees doesn’t have enough power to be treated fairly as individuals. It sounds like you’ve been lucky enough to not be in the circumstance of being treated unfairly as an individual. I’m happy that’s been the case - but that’s no excuse for ignoring when that happens to others.
