So? Most IT staff (certainly programmers, etc) are classified as EXEMPT and don't qualify for overtime anyway.

- krobertson 15y agoEvery full time position I've had has been exempt... I've never gotten overtime.
- nknight 15y agoNo, most IT staff work for companies that are flagrantly violating employment law and have been for years.
