- satya71 4y agoDjango 4.1
- mjmj 4y agoPHP 5.6 with Apache 2.1
- rozenmd 4y ago- Next.js web app for the boring stuff (CRUD) + Postgres - Remix web app for a distributed and fast status page frontend hosted on Cloudflare Pages (https://hackernews.onlineornot.com/ https://hackernews.onlineornot.com/ is an example)
- punkpeye 4y agoWhat has been your experience with Next.js? What alternatives have you evaluated when you started?
- rozenmd 4y agoI used create-react-app, React by itself with a hand rolled webpack config, and Gatsby. Next.js feels like a team is working for you behind the scenes making everything faster for you, all you need to do is update.
- leerob 4y agoHey, Lee from the Next.js team at Vercel. Thank you for the kind words! Let me know if there's anything else we can do to improve the experience.
- simplecto 4y agoFor most things I need reasons to NOT use Django. Over the years I’ve built up a body of experience, tooling, and templates that are up to date, maintainable, and scale well. Dependencies do get changed out over the years, but many of them are feature complete from my POV. Admittedly WEBSOCKETS are a blind spot for me. Django does support that but it is not in my tool belt yet
