  It will feel good for about 3 minutes and then you'll regret it. Because she's going to take the code and some big-talking-idiot is going to say "Of course we can do it, it's simple. You know, how about we take over the whole project?" You haven't been communicating well enough. If the client thinks it is easy, she is just begging you for comprehensive flow charts and diagrams (produced at $$$ per hour). Incidentally, they will also help you clarify your thoughts and designs :)
