Whose interests does it serve to make those who vote, on average, less informed, experienced, and interested in politics? People readily decry how stupid they were when the were teenagers, so why then turn around and give them the vote? And how can one simultaneously decry disinformation, while adding those most vulnerable to it to the voting body?
