Let the basic essential human right be that everyone has the right not to be interfered with by others for anything in which they are not culpable. Interfering (aggressively) with the culpable is often moral and lawful! besides this, there are other form of moral/lawful aggression, any pugilist will agree! Don’t be too softy, this won’t do yourself or others any favors!
