Does anyone have details on the internals of Google's customer support orgs? They seem to have taken to heart compliance with only bare minimum legal requirements over the past four or five years. And given that it's now also impossible to engage support on Facebook to fix account issues (I was locked out of my Oculus Quest 2 after attempting to merge my Oculus dev account with the Facebook account I closed in 2006), I wonder if it's time again to legislate higher standards for "support".
