  That seems quite long. I thought debt financing was especially quick. Term sheets are supposed to be 2 pages instead of 15. But I guess you can't believe everything you read!

    Raising money is a time-consuming process and it took me longer than I expected, but that seems to be the norm for first-timers. IIRC our agreement was 7 or 8 pages.
