We use a company called "Deel" as an intermediary third party that has locations in many countries. These types of companies act as your "employer" in the sense that they pay you and you're legally their employee. I wonder if there's an opportunity for these third party companies like Deel to put up a job board for remote work positions? This would mesh well with their product as they can say "hey we can help find you qualified candidates and we will deal with the legalities of it"
