The carbon footprint of indoor Cannabis production
- justahuman74 4y ago(appears to be paywall? so haven't read past the abstract) How much of this is just solved by putting solar panels on the roof of the indoor growing buildings. Presumably these places would be self-motivated to lower their energy bill
- adultSwim 4y agoPlants should be grown from the sun, not light bulbs.
- landemva 4y agoThe past few years has seen dramatic shift to LED lights, which use less electricity and put off less heat. Often not considered is the burning of natural gas to purposefully create CO2 (which plants love to consume).
