FYI: Your link about reloading is for browser-side reloading - it seems to me that parent talks about reloading the server on code changes, which as a sibling points out, should definitely already be happening using django's `runserver`. I'd be interested to hear if parent's "typical" django app does something more involved that makes hot reloading impossible (like run in 3 levels of containers or the like).
