Most of the giants we built could be used in nefarious ways. It doesn't mean we should bury them underground, only letting the chosen few marvel and dabble with fire. I find the holier-than-thou attitude from some in the ML community frankly a bit sad. Sure, some may misuse the models, but an equal or dare I say, a greater number of people will find joy. Some may even, perhaps, build another giant.
