I guess every political party has a reliable, ready-made distraction for their mistakes. In India the classic distraction is Pakistan. Why are you complaining about potholes on the street outside when our soldiers are fighting on the Siachen glacier? You don't see them complaining! I thought it couldn't get dumber than that but the Polish version seems worse.
