We as a modern society have to be the most smug of all. Think about every predator in the world. We constantly pay to exercise, to burn off EXTRA calories, where as every other animal on the planet conserves them or expends a vast amount to obtain more. Think about this. We order water and vegetables to be sent to us via the mail. We are the only species that makes a conscious effort to negate our chances of survival. That and we can choose diets (paleo, vegan, keto, etc...) and have choices to refuse to eat things due to all our abundance. We’ve defined intermediate fasting into a lifestyle choice, where in other parts of the world it is called hunger, poverty and lack of food. https://i.imgur.com/XEC6dzM.jpg https://i.imgur.com/XEC6dzM.jpg
