Certainly not by pretending those issues are a thing of the past, which is what this article is doing.
- Arnt 4y agoThe holocaust was past when the Germans started, but… let's say that the problems, the attitudes, receded while Germany faced them, they weren't a thing of the past when German started facing them. They still aren't. I don't think one can wait until that kind of attitude disappears on its own. It has to be faced down.
