Simple leet code questions are good to find out who can think algorithmically. But once people catch up they are not longer useful since you can study them and memorize them. Then the leet code questions need to be more difficult and it becomes a race. Now you are obligated to study them even if you are already a practicing Software engineer. Same thing would happen to these questions. People would memorize them and answer not on experience or intuition but on memorization.
