If they can do nothing and still get paid, then why are you working so hard? Again, this comes back to a management issue. I see it at my workplace, and the people I would say are working the least is management themselves.

That's exactly the question I answered with quiet quitting. >the people I would say are working the least is management themselves. In management's defense, they at least try to understand and care about customer attrition. But I'm not putting in any effort when a person who spends 5 months to commit 27 lines of code makes the same as me.
