- samstave 4y agoprecisely... Look at the Philippines - a nation of >7,000 islands. They use Ferry, plane and boat... for all intra-national travel... and they pollute like mad (thanks Reagan Marcos ((I know a lot about the history of the CIA/Reagan/Marcos legacy...)) -- PH is a corrupt government.
