If the amount is small, just send them to Inkasso/Schufa, which will hinder their ability to close basically any other contract, from mobile phone to renting an apartment 2. Enforce collection through civil litigation via a lawyer firm 3. Sell the debt to a collection agency I think #1 would happen regardless
