At this point you should probably just take them to court. That sounds ridiculous.
- 650REDHAIR 4y agoI am taking them to small claims over it, but it’s such a pain in the ass. It’s just crazy because they were clearly in the wrong and will likely lose. Who trusts a detail shop employee over a master technician at the dealership?! I could see them going to a different shop and downplaying the damage, but outright denying it? Wild.
