There's actually not a lot to cover here? The question is why you're so scared of git and in six paragraphs you managed NOT to answer that question. This is really sad. One might hope an open source fondation would be forthright and fairly transparent. Apparently not.
- jaaron 15y agoUh, I linked to the official git repos for Apache. Apache isn't afraid of git. Plenty of Apache people love git. At the same time there are issues with implementing and supporting it by the ASF infra team. If you want all those details, search those mailing lists.
