Do you find it socially challenging to work alongside people who still work 5 days a week though? Do you feel that they are jealous?
- Apreche 4y agoI have exactly the same concerns you have. So far, nobody has treated me any differently or expressed any ill will. However, if it does happen, I am entirely prepared for it. Because I'm not in this just for myself. If any co-worker also wants to work less, I am not just willing, but eager, to advocate for them and all my other co-workers to get the same deal. Labor solidarity.
