Is the state responsible for the municipal government? Or would that be Jackson, MS’s voters?
- bequanna 4y agoBingo. Jackson’s inept local government failed to fix a known issue because they didn’t want to raise taxes to risk re-election. Now Federal taxpayers will be on the hook to bail them out. So… I guess mission succeeded?
