Beyond that, 100% sure there are low-code/no-code game development tools out there.
There already choose your own adventure games using GPT-3 text generation, so adding text-to-image generation would be possible with tools you mentioned.
Basically, “game development” using AI/ML is super open ended filter, likely either need to look around for AL/ML tools and be familiar with existing models of games.
