Why can't they file a lien on the campus and foreclose?

- tptacek 4y agoNobody's going to file a lien. The story is misleading. Oberlin appealed the verdict; they'll pay when the courts force them to, and not before, as would any defendant in a $36MM defamation case.
- stjohnswarts 4y agotheir appeal to the ohio supreme court failed. They will have to pay up.
