- jrvarela56 4y agoRefreshing to see a post with salary ranges. Have also seen this within the US as Colorado and NY passed laws to require it.

- LloydsBankingGT 4y agoHi, thanks for your interest. Salaries are set at a team level and align to a grade structure. That specific SRE role is open across the UK, so it's likely that it was setup at a regional pay scale not a London one. SRE roles pop up every few weeks, and some are specific to locations. - tfsh 4y agoI notice roles such as "Lead Quality Engineer" in London starting at 60k. Given the scale at which Lloyds operates and the absolute requirement to have a high quality consumer experience, the salary (for a lead role!) almost seems farcical.
- jborden13 4y agoI'm guessing this is one reason companies don't like posting salaries. Not saying it's wrong or right...
- trhoad 4y agoAt least I know within 3 seconds that I can't afford to apply, rather than investing hours to realise I've wasted my time.
