I am in Thailand and I have zero issues connecting to HN. I have internet from 2 different providers (DTAC, TOT) and both works fine and I can access HN without issues. Internet is however censured in Thailand (mostly porn sites). That can be bypassed by using a VPN. Get your colleagues to install a VPN if they experience issues with connecting to one or more sites.
