I see way too many questions in the Slack channels for teams that manage common services at work which are just “Is there a problem with [service]?” Clearly there is, at least from your perspective, otherwise you wouldn’t be asking. Come out with it and state what the issue you’re seeing so someone can either tell you it’s known and point you at the ticket tracking an open incident, or do what needs to be done to resolve your issue.
