I am going to strongly dissent on that one. I much prefer the first situation where someone says hi and that leads to a discussion on their issue to the second one. All the things the article asks for will come forwards in the discussion anyway and ninety percents of the time the people asking for help have a different problem than the one they thought they had anyway. I am not a robot. I don’t want to be treated like one.
