- agileAlligator 4y agoCuban healthcare is a joke, ask anyone actually from Cuba. The numbers are mangled to make it look good.
- bbojan 4y agoNot disagreeing with you, but a lot of this is due to drastically lower traffic deaths, because there's very little traffic in Cuba.
