I doubt there would be any cost but it would likely need to be planned a month or so in advance as the building managers and security need to be briefed and approve it. Most buildings would have conference spaces etc which would be suitable for talks, and pretty central so could head for a drink afterward. Let me know if interested, it might be an easier option to manage if going broader across the UK.
