Depends, if you signed a contract that mentions doing voluntary shifts, but then collectively say no, I think it is.
- anothernewdude 4y agoThen you think poorly. That isn't voluntary.
- phpisthebest 4y agoDid they collectively say no overtime, or did they collectively say "We are going to hold you to the terms of the contract and force you to schedule mandatory overtime as the terms of the contract state"
