I’ve seen biographical Wikipedia pages that were eliminated for notability reasons, so I’m pretty curious about the editing behind this one.

  Clickbait. To qualify as micronation you don't have to be a nation, making the headline look more interesting than it is. It just has to have someone claim it's nation. My toilet is now a nation in the US.
