Creating ads that look like emails Seeing that most email software has methods for denoting emails from particular sources as Spam, that would be my first thought for retaliation. (But knowing Microsoft, I wouldn't be surprised if you found it to be impossible to send emails from Microsoft to the Spam Folder.) As regards Microsoft annoying their customers, I stopped being surprised at Microsoft's bastardry 30 years ago.
