A lot of these assholes have chosen to be left behind. They choose to self-victimize, they choose to blame others, they choose to engage in anti-social behaviours. In short, society is not leaving them behind, they are choosing to reject society.
- Comevius 4y agoThis is not to absolve anyone of their responsibility for their acts, rather than asking the why. These ideologies make people worst, but there is a reason why people subscribe to them. People like Trump are merely a symptom of a larger problem. Such predators can only thrive on vulnerable people. And to make it less political, cryptocurrencies are another symptom. When there is a disproportionate growth of anti-social behavior it is worth looking for a bigger picture, and try coming up with a solution to it. Preferably a better solution than the one Hollywood came up with (they are doing the discrimination in reverse, probably as an overreaction, but it's getting weird with the infallible female characters barely resembling actual people).
