Can this be used for something that displays graphics? Or does the runtime size balloon with supporting different functionality on each system?

  I am not an expert on the topic but red language achieves that with a 1MB self contained compiler, so I guess with some additional bloat should be possible (and a lot of work)

  You can run a web app locally using https://redbean.dev/ https://redbean.dev/ and open it in a browser. That's the graphics support so far.
