I haven't heard about this "Anti-red tape" law but looking it up it seems to be specific for publicly managed affairs and services. > It is hereby declared the policy of the State to promote integrity, accountability, proper management of public affairs and public property as well as to establish effective practices aimed at the prevention of graft and corruption in government. I don't see this applying for Apples case as they're a private entity and also they own the ecosystem. In short, if you want to be in Apples ecosystem, it's a privilege not a right.
