That's really quite vague, I can think of MANY games/applications which fit that description by design. I've had some issues before with Apple's ecosystem, specifically accepting customer payments (we were processing payments for our clients) and only after the application was being used significantly, Apple disconnected it. It really felt like Apple were waiting until the dependancy on their ecosystem was at such a point where pulling out was not an option. I can only suggest have a lot of patience and be as polite as possible. The frustration is incredible when it happens though. Good luck !
