One is: There is not enough gas delivered by Russia, but the whole power saving and buying somewhere else is going better and faster than previously thought by the gas guys And the other thing: Gas delivery is throttled by Russia. But still, even with throttling, the first thing happens faster, than the figures suggest.. There is a correlation between, but not as strong as assumed.
