NASA Artemis I Launch Attempt Scrubbed
- xeromal 4y agoBummer. I was hoping to see some neat footage of the moon.
- gsibble 4y agoCalled it. Boeing can't do anything right. Furthermore, the SRBs are way past their expiration date: https://www.reddit.com/r/SpaceLaunchSystem/comments/rfu32c/does_anyone_know_how_much_longer_we_have_on_life/ https://www.reddit.com/r/SpaceLaunchSystem/comments/rfu32c/d... And the fuel and oxygen tanks are only rated for 9 fills which, while I don't have an exact figure, I believe they are close to if not exceeded with this most recent fill and scrub. They can't afford another mistake.
- macinjosh 4y agoThere are some real NASA fanatics on this site. You laid out some very interesting and useful information about the limits of the vehicle and its parts and they just down vote you for no reason other than their ideology.

- 1970-01-01 4y agoSeems to be 2 issues: Engine 3 is not properly being conditioned through the bleed process, and engineers are troubleshooting. Teams also are assessing what appears to be a crack in the thermal protection system material on one of the flanges on the core stage. The flanges are connection joints that function like a seam on a shirt, are affixed at the top and bottom of the intertank so the two tanks can be attached to it.
