AFAIK the biggest constraints for virtually all DCs is available power and available fibre connectivity (or in the case of places like Singapore, available land).
- Rastonbury 4y agoSingapore's moratorium was ostensibly due to environmental concerns
- 22c 4y agoPresumably there would've been fewer environmental concerns if Singapore simply had more land.
