Totally agree. I rented a 1 bedroom apt near Highlands Square (W of Downtown Denver) for $500/mo. Same address goes for $1800/mo. Was fun while it lasted. Lightrail & all the med & tech companies that moved to Denver drove up prices, as did MJ legalization.
